"Over a period of approximately two years, the [Eden Breakwater Wharf Extension] project completed construction activities in a regional town, which had high potential to impact on the local community. Works included dredging operations (24 hours per day, 7 days per week) and marine piling in the sensitive marine environment. During this time the project did not receive a single complaint from the local community. This impressive statistic is directly attributable to Comacon’s proactive and effective performance which significantly exceeded expectations. I would not hesitate to engage Comacon again in the future. I am especially grateful for Comacon’s professionalism and commitment to delivering a positive outcome for the Department."
"I just wanted to quickly recognise the excellent work that Kerin did in preparing the presentation and delivering it to Stonnington Councillors last night. The quality of her presentation and her ability to respond to councillors’ questions and provide specific examples of what we have done historically (and since meeting with a councillor/residents last week) provided the confidence to councillors of our professionalism and that we are meeting and exceeding our community obligations.Further, I appreciate her commitment to attend this presentation outside of normal working hours. Her support in dealing with these critical stakeholders has been a significant help."
"Working with Coral on the Majura Parkway project was an enjoyable experience. She actively engaged with all stakeholders both before and during the project to ensure their issues were promptly addressed and everyone was well-informed. She is enthusiastic, proactive and professional in all her dealings."
“Comacon is excellent at community engagement facilitation and Council would be very happy to have them work for us again on any crime prevention, community safety, community development project including assisting with grant and report writing.”
“Outstanding quality of work, delivered strategic value beyond original scope of work. Highly professional service.”
"Great outcomes Donna - this is fantastic to hear and really demonstrates our (and your) commitment to best practice engagement and customer service. I look forward to seeing how we leverage these opportunities and continue to grow local community goodwill down there in the South East. Thanks also to the whole project team for their continued focus on great customer and community outcomes."
“Ms Groves' approach is positive and engaging and she works very effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.”
“Donna is collaborative in her approach working well both within a team and independently. She has the ability to translate complex technical and project information accordingly for the level required by the target audience - a truly undervalued skill.”
